Space
Planning: Our goal with space planning is to fuse together the desired function
and aesthetics with solid design principles to devise a layout for your home that not only meets your functional requirements,
but also delights the eye. Our space planning service provides you an interior "road map" that
addresses the recommended size and placement of every key spatial element in the room—from case goods to upholstery,
lighting, rugs and the television. With this "road map," you can buy with confidence and speed the selection
process because you have narrowed down the possibilities before you ever step into a showroom. Our space planning service
includes the following:

Modeling: Some clients are able to envision what their new interior will look like when shown space plans,
the color palette, materials, furniture and fabrics, while others need a little extra help visualizing how the design
elements will "come to life" once implemented. This is especially true when embarking on remodeling
efforts such as bathroom updating, fireplace refacing and the like. Our 3D modeling service provides a 360 degree view to
help clients see what the end result will be in a more realistic fashion so that they can tweak the design if need be
before execution.

Color Palette Development:
Unlike some of our competitors, we do not subscribe to a "one size fits all" approach to color selection.
As such, we provide each client a custom color palette tailored specifically to his/her project. In addition, we
believe selecting the wall color is just one step in the process of color palette development. While others may simply
pick a wall color, we take color selection one step further to develop a palette for each room--complete with accent colors that
may be implemented in fabrics, finishes and/or accent walls to complete the room's color strategy. We also remove
the "guess-work" in selecting colors by testing every color in the client's home or property before we
make a final decision. This in-home testing is critical because architectural features, lighting, interior layout, other
colors in the home, flooring, cabinetry, the quantity of color and furniture finishes all vary the way a color looks from
home to home. By testing in your home or property before you paint, we ensure your complete satisfaction with the end-result
before the first stroke of the brush. Our color palette development process includes the following:
* Review of inspiration
pieces, existing colors, preferences and Decor by Denise color trends
* Digital photo capture of inspiration pieces (where applicable)
* Fusion of client
ideas with solid design principles to develop custom color palette
* Creation of a color plan that details wall, trim, ceiling and accent colors
* Ordering of large
paint swatches to be tested in the home
* Selection of wallpaper and/or faux finishes as an alternative to straight color (where appropriate)
* Color tweaking to adjust for lighting
and architectural variations (where necessary)
* Presentation board with all colors laid out by room for viewing
* Palette document that details each wall/trim/ceiling/accent
color and recommended finishes
Custom Window Treatments: We offer many options for
both hard and soft window treatments. From measurement to installation—we manage every phase of the process.
We have access to thousands of fabrics and, with our custom workroom, no design is beyond our reach. We offer several
advantages over our competition which include faster turnaround time, complete design flexibility, access to thousands of high-end fabrics at discounted prices and stringent quality processes throughout the fabrication
process. In addition to window treatments, we custom fabricate slipcovers, headboards, ottomans and other furnishings
along with providing fabricated walls and reupholstery services to revive existing treasures. Our custom
window treatment service includes:
* Detailed window treatment measurement and digital photo capture
* Hard
and soft window treatment design based on client requirements and style of home/windows
* Optional rendering to
help client visualize window treatments before they are fabricated
